Intuitive poetry

By Fee Stevens, Poet, Creative Collaborator, Wellbeing Australia Professional Member, Blue Mind Ambassador

Intuition is a universal gift we all have. We truly have to move beyond the physical realm towards the spiritual to receive guidance. Universal intelligence is a powerful thing.

I decided that it was not instinct that enabled poets to write their poetry, but a kind of instinct or inspiration, such as you find in seers and prophets who deliver all their sublime messages without knowing in the least what they mean

Socrates

When writing poetry follow the same principal. The imagination is a search engine which processes information. When we express strong positive emotions it can have a profound emotional and creative health impact. Our capacity for enjoyment and engagement in the things we love and the way we think can enhance the experience.

Our intuition is upper parts sponges and lower parts emotions, a miraculous connection. Feeling creative and connected to a higher vibration develops creative skills and intuitive poetry. Hidden in our intuition are dreams, information and art. Intuitive poetry is the product of emotional surplus.

People see fogs, not because there are fogs, but because poets and painters have taught them the mysterious loveliness of such effects

Oscar Wilde

Our outer layer protects us, so when we express strong positive emotions we build poetry skills which supports lifelong learning.

My connection to poetry is deeply spiritual and emotional. I feel happy to know my own intuitive poetry powers. Exploring the intuitive continuum of the universe and Mother Earth and share in poetic proximity in a way such that emotions arrive is a valuable assignment. Intuitive and experimental use of phrases, rhythm, rhyme provides a wonderful habitat for storytelling.

Intuitive Poetry is a skill worth exploring!
