Leaf foliage

By Fee Stevens, Poet, Creative Collaborator, Wellbeing Australia Professional Member, Blue Mind Ambassador

With lockdown restrictions increasing and uncertainty rising, things may feel a little all over the place. What better way to nourish self than with new green friends and poetry.

This is a new poem from my “Unearthed” Collection

LEAF SUPPLY

Her plants mingled,

it was a signal~

wild plants know.

Little Leaf and Zanzibar Gem,

nothing between them~

wild plants know.

Their talking leaves,

secretly sing to thee~

wild plants know.

Beneath the surface,

there is a circus~

wild plants know.

Her plants sprinkled,

a happy signal~

wild plants know.

Always be the plant, grow up, not down, and the silence of watching it bloom will be the reward.

Much love and leaf supply,
